Shipping Policy

 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless another shipping method is selected.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Returns

 

Please check delivered products immediately upon arrival. If it appears that the delivered product is not the ordered product, or the product is defective or inadequate, please contact J'admire (info@jadmirejewelry.com) immediately.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

The return of goods to J’admire must be in the original new condition (including all packaging and documentation).

Refunds: J’admire will inspect and notify you after receipt of your returned item. If your return is approved, J'admire will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. For items received as a gift, a store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift certificate.

Please allow up to 5 business days for J'admire to process your return once delivered. You will usually receive the refund credited to your account within 3-5 business days after return approval and inspection, depending on your card issuer's policies. At this time, exchanges will be handled as a refund 

Items Not Eligible:  All Last Chance items are final sale only and are not returnable for a refund. 

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Repair

 

J’admire offers a one-year warranty on all its products from the date of purchase. Please contact J’admire (info@jadmirejewelry.com) your order number along with detailed information on all problems that might’ve occurred. 

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, self-inflicted damage, product loss, or theft. 

The warranty does not apply to the following:

1. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.

2. The natural process of plating fading.

3. Personal process, repairs, or modification of the jewelry.

4. Third-party process, repairs, or modifications of the jewelry.

5. Exposure to abnormal conditions or careless proceedings contrary to product care of J’admire.

 

For repairs not covered by warranty, J'admire may still be able to assist for a nominal fee. , If at any time you experience any issue that requires repair, please contact J’admire (info@jadmirejewelry.com) your order number along with detailed information regarding the repair request.
